In this newly built home, the challenge to overcome was the 3.5m plot width. Despite this, a construction with a very interesting volumetry is designed, combining cantilevered volumes with internal voids, which allows for a balanced and highly functional layout.

The house has resolved a difficult, highly visible, and exposed urban corner for the city in a calm and elegant way.
