BUILDING REHABILITATION
Date: 2008-2016
The age of our building stock, the effects of weather over time, and sometimes the lack of maintenance contribute to the deterioration of buildings’ structural condition, leading to habitability issues for their occupants.
In several rehabilitation projects carried out over the years, a wide variety of issues have been addressed, such as: facade and balcony cladding, sanitation systems, structural reinforcements and damage, waterproofing and insulation, roofs and skylights, etc.
A wide range of building pathologies which, if properly rehabilitated and subsequently maintained, can significantly extend the useful life of the construction.
