On a 420 m² plot in the La Sitgeta development in the municipality of La Nou de Gaià, this new-build home is designed as a second home for a young family.

The need to economize the construction budget generated a compact home on the ground floor and attic floor, with a simple functional program.

The exposed brick facade and the brown mixed-tile roof give character to an already powerful volume.
