The rehabilitation of this building focuses mainly on its facades, specifically on its balconies and some rooftop terraces.
Due to weather exposure and minimal protective coating, oxidation of the reinforcements occurred, leading to increased volume, cracking, and detachment of the covering material.
All balcony edges are treated with passivation and reconstruction products, adding more protective coating. The opportunity is also taken to waterproof them, and a drip edge perimeter piece is installed along with the new paving, which is highly beneficial for the longevity of the balcony.
