In this main part of Barcelona’s Eixample Dret, a comprehensive reform is planned, enhancing the most notable pre-existences such as the concrete beam ceilings and “Catalan turn” wooden carpentry, hydraulic mosaics and above all its free height.

All this is taken as a starting point and while maintaining them, a new distribution of spaces, finishes and facilities is carried out, with a nice combination of old and current elements.
